Resources For YouTube Creators

Are you a YouTuber and ready to take your YouTube channel to the next level? Then here are some awesome resources for YouTubers that I have personally tried and tested and use on my YouTube channel. These tools have saved me so much time and money that it would be a crime for me to not share them with you! Community Groups & Forums

Small YouTuber Zone Facebook Group

This group is a zone where small YouTube creators from all over the world can connect and interact with other like-minded people. Inside you can ask for or give advice, talk about anything YouTube related and most importantly make new friends! It’s also a great way to find other YouTubers to collab with.

YTtalk is a free forum that is home to an awesome community of YouTube creators, big and small, who share helpful tips and tricks, support, collaborations and other opportunities and much more!  You can ask questions about growing a channel, buy/sell services such as YouTube intros and channel art and ask for reviews and criticism on your latest video. There is always plenty of stuff going on over there and it’s definitely worth it to check it out!

Helpful Tools & Software

Morningfame is an awesome tool for simplifying your YouTube growth. It essentially simplifies YouTube analytics and makes it not only easier to understand, but much more practical. Once you’ve signed up for an account, the Morningfame team will send you helpful emails that are custom to your videos and YouTube channel. These emails include actionable tips to improve your growth. The tool comes with so many awesome features including showing which of your videos have resulted in more growth for your channel, specific recommendations and workshops for growing your channel and you can also easily compare which of your videos have been most successful.  Morningfame is currently invite only, but you can click the button below as your free invitation. The first month is free!

TubeBuddy is a free browser extension which equips you with loads of awesome tools directly into your YouTube account. Once you install TubeBuddy, just open up YouTube and all of the features will be there and ready to use. It has a range of helpful tools including the tag explorer, search rank tracking, best time to publish, video topic planner and SO MUCH MORE!

There is a free version but also multiple paid options with more features. I personally use the paid ‘STAR’ version which honestly, I could not live without!

Multi-channel Networks

Fullscreen is a multi-channel network that I have been apart of since early in my YouTube journey. They take a split of your YouTube adsense revenue and in return provide you with an abundance of features to help you grow your channel and make even more money back. Some of the features I love include a free subscription to Epidemic Sound (a huge royalty free music library), Gleam fan contests, creator forums and now they even offer a free TubeBuddy ‘STAR’ account! The amount of value they provide is insane! However, joining an MCN is not for everyone. If you’re unsure get in touch and I’ll do my best to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

YouTube Collabs

SideKick Collab

Sidekick Collab is a free website that allows small Youtubers to easily find and collaborate with other similar creators. The website has built up a community of 4,923 small YouTubers and is rapidly growing. They also have loads of helpful articles about growing a YouTube channel on their website for you to learn from for free!

Know of an awesome resource that we missed?

Let us know! We’d love to share it with the rest of the Small YouTuber Zone community (and use it ourselves of course!) Let’s grow together!
